If you are new to suiting or a kid, this is for you! The design of the character must be approved by me before any plans are made. It can only have up to 2 furs and one minky and a very simple design to be approved. If the design is not approved for bare cost, I can give a regualr price quote.

General
·Buyer must be 18+ and ID may be requested. If buyer/wearer is under 18, must EXPLICITLY have parental permission. Although my heads come with adjustable straps, I do not recommend buying for children under 13 due to growing.
·I reserve the right to refuse any inquiry or commission for any reason, at any stageReference Sheets
·At minimum, a two sided (front and back view) is needed
·A three sided (front, back and side view) of your character is greatly preferred for most suit types/parts but is required for full suits and/or suits with complex designs
·If you need a ref sheet, I do commissions for them
·After your commission is accepted, any changes to the design of your character may be subject to extra fees
·I WILL NOT TOLERATE OR USE AI REF SHEETS OR ARTTurnaround Time
·Generally, for a simple design small partial, it will take around 5 months. I usually work faster but want to give myself some leeway. Expect a fullsuit to take around 1 year to complete.
·I do not do rush comms or hard deadlines. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees and may change due to health issues, supply delays, or other unforeseen circumstancesMaterials
·Although I do have a dog and a cat, they do not come into contact with any of my suit materials but please keep this in mind.
·Because my products are handmade, variations throughout the suit may occur
·I use high quality materials for all of my suits, these are the general materials that I use:
>BigZFabrics and HowlFabrics for furs, minky/fleece and liners
>6mm EVA foam and 1'' foam for base creation and different thicknesses of foam for other parts where needed
>Contact cement (fully outgassed when it gets to you) and hot glue for base and foam creation
>Hand-sewing and machine sewing for any fabrics, there will be no glued seams
>Elastic, velcro, zippers and other small things
>Magnets may be used depending on add-onsDeposit & Payment
·I take payments through Etsy and PayPal (Goods & Services only). Keep in mind that the prices on my Etsy are higher because of the fees.
·Upfront payment is greatly preferred but I do accept payment plans, up to 6 months.
·30% of the total price is non-refundable to cover supplies and preparation. Once work has begun, 50% of the total price becomes non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once the suit is completed
·The suit will not be shipped until the full payment is confirmed
·Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of the commission
·If I cancel the commission for any reason, the buyer will receive a full refundShipping
·Currently, I only take comms and ship within the United States
·Shipping and insurance (if desired) is paid for by the buyer
·Shipping is included ONLY for head onlys, mini partials and small partials
·Shipping for parts, partials, planti and digi fullsuits will be calculated after it is fully complete, expect up to $300 for fullsuits
·I will confirm your address with you at the beginning of the comm process, a few days before it is shipped and right before it is shipped. I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address either by the carrier or because of an incorrect address
·Once shipped, I will send the tracking number to you and signature is required upon arrival
·Shipping time is separate from my turnaround time
·Any delays, lost packages or damage after it is shipped are not my responsibility, that is transferred to the buyer. I can file a claim if needed.
·Insurance is optional. If the buyer declines insurance, they accept full responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping. If insurance is purchased, responsibility for lost or damaged items lies with the carrier.Care
·The buyer can choose between a printed care packet that is shipped with the suit or an emailed PDF of the care instructions
·Generally, parts like bodysuits, handpaws, tails, armsleeves and sockpaws can be machine washed ON COLD, NO FABRIC SOFTENER AND NO MACHINE DRYING. Heads will need to be cleaned with a carpet cleaner gently cleaned in a tub with shallow water, mild soap and air dried
·I may provide repairs free of charge for defects or damage not caused by misuse for up to 90 days after delivery. After 90 days, repairs will incur a fee. Shipping to and from me is always the buyer’s responsibility. Natural wear and tear is not included
·Unauthorized modifications to the suit void any repair responsibility
·Store in a cool dry place, away from moisture, heat, pets and smoke
·I am not responsible for injury, allergic reaction or health issues resulting from use of the suit

Measurements
·Measure with a mix of a straight ruler and measuring tape.
·You are responsible for taking accurate measurements. I am not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the buyer
>Heads: I need a straight measurement from the very top of your head to the bottom of your chin. I then need the circumference of the widest part of your head (usually right above the eyebrows) and the space from one eye to the other (looking forward, pupil to pupil)
>Paws: My paws are one size fits all but I would still like hand measurements just in case. With your fingers splayed comfortably, measure the width of your palm, from the tip of your longest finger to your wrist and the circumference of your wrist.
>Armsleeves: With your arm in an A pose, measure from about 3in down from your wrist to right below the curve of your shoulder. Different start and stop points of the sleeves can be discussed. Also measure across your back, shoulder to shoulder, in a straight line.
>Feetpaws: Regardless of type, I will need your shoe size in either US women's or men's. For long planti and digi feet, a measurement from just below your knee to the floor. For short planti, from two inches above your ankle to the floor. Make sure your leg is not bent when doing these.
>Fullsuits: For both planti and digi fullsuits, I REQUIRE a duct tape dummy, non-negotiable. Make sure to wear cheap, painter's coveralls to keep the tape from sticking to itself and conform the duct tape to your form over it, only use duct tape (preferably silver but any light color is ok) or you will need to reship the dummy. I will also need to know your height so I can accurately size the padding and/or know how much fur to get. Before taking the dummy off, mark where both of your hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists and knees are in sharpie. Please take good quality pictures while the dummy is still on from the front, back and sides. Make sure to tape up to the base of the neck, right below your palms and to your ankles, you will need a second or third person for this entire process. ·All official communication will take place either with Etsy messages (even if you don't purchase through Etsy) or my business email: [email protected]
·I will send a PayPal invoice through email only, wips can be sent through there as well or in Etsy messages
·I will try to send wips at least once a week for smaller comms and once every two weeks for larger comms, at the bare minimum
·I will try to respond within a day or two but I do get busy. If I will not be able to respond to a message for an extended time (a week for example), I will let you know beforehand.
·Before the commission is approved, if you do not respond within a week (without notice), I will assume you are no longer interested and will move on. Once the commission is started, if you do not respond within seven days (without notice), progress on the suit will be paused until I hear back from you
·Pausing work means that your queue spot may go down, turnaround time is extended, I will work on other comms and the progress of your suit is stopped temporarily
·If I do not hear from you for 30 days (without notice), I will assume you have abandoned the comm and I will change the design and sell it as a premade, with no refund to you. I will give a reminder at 14 days without response
·It is your responsibility to check you messages/emailUsage Rights
·Seller retains copyright of the building of the suit
·If the buyer purchased a custom commission, they or the character creator retain copyright of the design of the character
·If the buyer purchased a premade design from me, I retain copyright of the design of the character and of the building of the suit
·The buyer MUST:
>Credit me with making the suit when asked and whenever a picture of the suit is posted online. This can simply be done by mentioning my shop name, Eternal Sunset Studio
·If a premade or artistic liberty design was purchased, I must be credited with building the suit as well as designing it
·The buyer MAY:
>Wear the suit however and wherever, including in 18+ areas or doing 18+ activities, ONLY if the wearer and others around are 18+
>Take photos and videos of/in the suit and post them online
>Use it for personal or commercial use
>Resell the suit, only after having it for at least one full year, credit must still be given to me by the buyer
·The buyer MAY NOT:
>Claim they built the suit
>If they purchased a premade or artistic liberty design, claim they designed and built the suit
>Commission someone else to remake the suit or design
>Take apart the suit for parts to be used in any way or to sell
>Use the seller's wips/photos as their own without disclosing that they are from the seller
>Register the suit as their copyright, even if paid for
·The seller MAY:
>Post images, videos, or WIPs of the suit for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is purchased
>Use the suit in my portfolio or as promotional material unless the buyer pays a non-disclosure fee of 15%-35% added to the total price of the product, depending on the product type and must be paid in full after non-disclosure is agreed to by both the seller and the buyer
